Need help setting up Maniaplanet

Hi guys!
I want to use Maniaconnect so that Users can login to my Trackmania-related forum with their Maniaplanet account.

Problem is though, i have no idea where to start.
I've been playing around with the files a bit, and now, the problem that im having is that i dont know what a redirection URI is- so im getting the "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later. Invalid redirection URI." Error.
But its not just that, I basically have no clue how to set it up to work with my forum after that.
I'd appreciate it alot if you guys could help me.
