[OLD - TM2 Beta 0.5] FoxControl

After a long time of work the new version 0.5 is ready.

I had to change a lot of things to make it as good as it is now.
The performance is much better than in the older version and it should not lagg anymore.

Here is the full changelog:

- Big performance fixes in plugin.records.php
- Did some changes in the core file for better performance
- It's now possible to set IP Adress in config file
- Delete local Records
- All GameModes are provided
- Switch Game Modes inGame => Command: /mode
- Dedimania plugin
- Searchable Track list => Command: /search map
- Own config file for each plugin
- Show tracks without an own record => Command: /norank
- Delete Tracks in List
- Banlist (only for admins) => Command: /banlist
- Top Donators list => Command: /topdons
- Changed the newsupdate plugin
- Jukebox list => Command: /jukebox
- Fixed bug best tracks displaying maps which aren't on the server anymore
- MatchSettings autosave
- Fixed /pay bug
