Pivot snap has strange comportment since updates.
Try to pose an item A with rotation changed to another item B with rotation changed and with pivot snap.
When i approach item A on item B, Item A is not positioned as expected, there is a decalage that not permit to have a regular item placement.

You're right something was broken in the pivot snapping feature.
