[B1.3]Joust Player Colours still 'random'

Even though I have set friend/foe colours on Joust, when spectating and playing the colours are still random :( :cry:

Can't you PLEASE just have an option for the 'active' players in Joust to be Red & Blue, or Green & Blue or actually take the colours I've set in my options for Friend/foe

I just want 2 colours in Joust, regardless of whether I'm actively playing, or waiting in the player queue.

PLEASE!!!!!! :?: :idea:

don't really play elite, so no, not set colours in elite.

I set my colours in Joust. Surely that's the 'correct' place to set them?

As you can see from the screenshot
Opponents = Pink
Allys/self - Green

Yet you can see from the screenshot, I'm a cyan-ish colour

When I spectate/waiting list in a Joust server, the colours are completely random still :(

I just want the option to have 2 colours regardless of whether i'm in the waiting list or whether i'm actively playing

Yet you can see from the screenshot, I'm a cyan-ish colour
The player color setting is quite more complex:
It forces only the colors of the bullets, and the players one.
All other ones like interface, crosshair, even hud_3d keep the original color.
The purpose of that is to avoid loosing the team colors information.

This feature is disabled while spectating
(In external spectating, ally/oppo. has no meaning,
and in first person spectating, player switching can makes ally/opponent switchs, then forcing ally/oppo. colors won't be easy to understand).

Yet, we could maybe force theses colors even in interface when there is no team (in Royal or Joust).

Can please make custom color for self and custom ally color separates ????

Joust 'is' a team game, its just a team game with one player on either side.

It would be very nice to 'force' 2 colours regardless of whether you're spectating, in the player queue or actually playing.

I just want the same 2 colours regardless of what my 'state' is when in on the server.

Just for information, you have to check "Ally Custom Color" and "Opponent Custom Color" if you want to use them. Though it won't do everything you want...

When i see my teammate attacking in elite, or i die defending i'd still like to see my custom set enemies color through my teammates eyes.
