FAST 4.0.0t - GPP Menu

Good Day,
I bought a server on nc1.eu and I changed the controller to FAST4. But the problem is i dotn have a GPP Menu on it that i can enable Local Recs on the server. Could someone please tell me how to I enable the GPP MEnu or how i can add it.
