Some questions for developpers

Hey guys,

I'm a little skinner who is learning photoshop and all that stuff. I'm also playing Rocket league. In rocket league there is a type of skin called Mystery decal, It's an animated skin. I just want to ask if there is anyway in trackmania to have an animated skin, by changing of skin every second or modifying trackmania code and recognizion of dds file, idk. Does any of you have an idea about animated skin.
