Hi,
I want to test tomorrow a modified version of UASECO
To check if the things that i have removed caused the lagging
The Test will be started tomorrow, Due to the removed code UASECO will not refresh the map list
The Test may start tomorrow between 13 and 16 o clock
The Server is maniaplanet://#join=metalkeidran@TMStadium@nadeo
The currently running title is esl_comp, i will switch it to Stadium
Modified UASECO Lag test tomorrow

Re: LAG TEST TODAY
Updated: Join-Manialink added and now switched to Stadium
A few warnings will be listed here:
If someone gets a weird local record without playing this map, it's happened that another record from a previous map has been stored in the database
at the wrong place, i will erase them (happened in the first test where only 2 players was online)
jukebox could fail, it will not show the maps
UASECO could crash, this could basically happen everytime

Re: Modified UASECO Lag test tomorrow
The cause of the extreme lagging, Is a problem with a callback
set <automatic_refresh_maplist></automatic_refresh_maplist>
to false
on the most servers this will give the full power back, have fun!

Re: Modified UASECO Lag test tomorrow
Interesting, and thanks a lot for the investigation
How many maps do you have on your server?

Re: Modified UASECO Lag test tomorrow
About 580, but the problem was that the callback was used after every map, this caused UASECO to refresh the maplist
This is also the slowbug and i hope that undef creates a command to reload the maplist manual
until this, you could disable this function and restart UASECO if you add maps

That would be http://docs.xaseco.org/commands2.php for XAseco2, instead.hackie wrote: ↑04 Apr 2018, 17:07 uaseco has a lot of commands who were also in xaseco : http://docs.xaseco.org/commands.php
