Ok, your choice... but with a bit more patient and sending me your files, we where near getting the problem.

That is really a pity. Actually you should understand that with the server controllers, a lot of stuff is done by the community, and this also means that the people are doing that in the time they can afford, mostly leisure time in the evenings or weekends.
And they would really like to understand the problems and fix them as soon as they can.

So, to have responses within some days is rather normal and nothing to worry about.

But with such a behavior (being impatient, frustated, and deleting posts) you can not expect further help in future.
