[PC] Game crash on start. nVidia Shield

Hello,
i dont know this is a uplay or game issue. So i will crosspost the uplay post:

Since today the game starts with blackscreen. After few seconds or mouseclick Window10 shows an error message.

The past two days all was working well.

I tried to:
-disabled antivir, firewall
- check/repair files with Uplay
- reinstalled the game
- reinstalled nvidia driver
- launch all as admin

i found a log file (UGCErrorsLog.txt) in Documents/Trackmania Turbo folder

with following contents:

Which setup do you have exactly? System specs, OS version and bit width, driver versions, input devices.
For some cases, disconnecting pads and other devices helped. Did you try that already?
Besides this, there is a crash issue related to some video drivers, see here.

After a Win10 Factory reset with keep user data and repair game data i have found the problem.

I have an Nvidia Shield TV and i charge the Nvidia Controller via PC-Usb. But the controller monstly is not connected to windows (it only charge over hub), except the Shield TV is turned off. Then the the controller will connect and is in the device manager listet as mouse.

In this case Trackmania Turbo does not start.
Other games work fine.

Same issue when start the game over Nvidia GameStream on ShieldTv.
