Great. Now we have two TMT forums, lot of questions and only few answers from time to time (or monologue with comments disabled). On Ubisoft forum there is "Technical Support" with description beginning with "Need help? Want to report a bug?". I saw some questions and bug reports there but no answers at all. I suggest to create few new forums where people can ask questions. There will be not so much problem for Nadeo or Ubi since they do not answer anyway.
Damn, make people happy, read their posts and answer their questions, problems and suggestions. This is the basis of communication with customers.
