Having a couple of problems after the update.
Problem 1 After this update all downloaded skins which have already been paid for in planets need to be paid for again? I try to pay but game says my validation code is wrong?
Problem 2 GFX Problems in game ui breaks up sometimes with bits of menus missing or hidden behind other parts of the screen.
90% of the maps look like this.
Stadium
Canyon
Valley
Of just a couple of stadium maps i have found and played. They looked and felt very nice to play so game heading in the right direction

remove Maniaplanet/config/default.systemconfig.gbx from your documents folder and restart the game
Did you buy any game? Do you have a free account? Afaik free accounts have no access to planets and can only play channels

My main complaint about the latest game update is the reflective track surface in Stadium. I saw that you have done this in Turbo, but I didn't care much back then because I didn't plan on playing Turbo. But I was really hoping that with this ManiaPlanet update that finally brings DX11 support to the game, you wouldn't make track surface in Stadium also reflective, but unfortunately, you did. I don't know how to better explain it. It plainly looks bad. It's distracting. The frequency of reflections refresh is quite low, which makes it even more distracting and unnatural. It doesn't fit in this game. Since 2006 Stadium always had matte track surface, it always looked like it's made out of cement or something like that. Really disappointed.

Re: analog Joystick Y-axis inverted
I've always been using a Sidewinder Precision Pro joystick, Y-axis for accelerating and braking. Worked like a charm. After the update, if I push the stick forward to accelerate, the car is going backwards and vice versa. Not funny. Didn't find any setting to switch directions. Did I miss something?

Seriously where the hell is the fix for this. We have been waiting for days. All I get is a pixelated splash screen and then the desktop. Does anyone know of a way to get around this issue or am I stuck with it?

Well, I updated yesterday, worked fine (even if I don't like many things and titlepacks aren't updated and 99% tracks not working -and probably won't as some wont update them)
Starting the game today, new update. Ok great. Downloaded, need to restart, everything great so far. Then ...
Can't find shit using logs (with the alternate .exe to generate more) exept this :

Just made another update, just now 200 and something Mb, after installation, restart game bla bla bla and....
Why this happens?
Even tho, looks like everything it's ok. Fast, get in the game plus to get in server.
Keep it going guys. Hard work but as to be done.

Okay, thanks to Magnetik answer in an other thread (here) it worked !
You only need to start the game with launcher, so it will prompt you to start as admin cause the game has been updated.
Then, it starts well, and can be launched without launcher
even if the answer was in an other thread
