This new forum will cover both Trackmania and shootmania?
And if it covers shootmania, will it be relevant to apply now?

The way i see it is that this forum will be Trackmania related for all foreseeable future.
At some point, when or if, shootmania updates/betas will be relevant, can you apply for access to the forum then?
Or do you intend to split the two into individual forums?

Why would you open a new forum for the devs? We already have this forum...

All I see is more and more seperation...

At Ubisoft Nadeo, we really care about being kind and constructive between us and we would like to have developers forums in the same spirit.
Some members (Nadeo ones and not Nadeo ones) can be really affected by the negativity and we want that forums where we will run betas, spend more time can be a really positive and constructive space for all his members.

At first sight, it seemed like seperating the community again. But now I understood the core reason behind this: Nadeo wants to create a healthy environment to work in the most time efficient way possible. The better the working atmosphere is, the better is the outcome. The better the outcome, the happier the community.

Hello Keeth,

There are several goals linked to these forums:
To give the opportunity to people who really like and support Ubisoft Nadeo to have a space for sharing more things with us in a friendly way.
To have constructive and positive forums for the developers team and all forums member so that they can be happy to be there
To run betas of all future games

In the Ubisoft Nadeo forums, we will also create private forums for betas because all forums members won't join the beta and it wouldn't be efficient for us to have too many beta testers for the first beta steps.

How can you be sure where you don't really know it?

At the moment, we don't know. Period.
There was only an announcement of something new, and it looks like it will be an own ecosystem (at least at first).
We don't know if it will be a part of Maniaplanet in future or if it will be an own game, like announced, "Trackmania - Welcome to the club!", which might be a working title or a slogan only.

If Nadeo choses to drop Maniaplanet, then this forum might be locked or even closed one day.

But as long as they don't tell otherwise,
this forum is still the home for Maniaplanet related discussions.

Let's wait for the next steps.

Having the opportunity to interact with the developers a bit more even outside of beta tests would be a great thing.
I would be happy to be part of the "Home of the developers". And it would be nice to have Florent back as well!
