All NADEO country skins and 10th skins on maniapark now

I´m happy to announce that now are all the NADEO skins of the mp store manialink are now available at maniapark.com

BIG BIG THX TO NADEO :thx: :thumbsup: :thx: for providing us the content!

We created new locators for each skin, the download is one zip file (~200MB) with 36 skins included, this zip contains all the skins and the locators for each.
