I suggest you to create a maniachannel (it's a twitter like) to write ingame news and then informing players about your competitions.

How to?
1. type "maniaflash" in your maniahome browser
2. create your channel of communication (it's "maniachannel")
3. then you can write ingame news.
Be sure to write a short text (not more 12 lines, I think so. It depends if you attached an image or not)
For adding website links, please use the followings symbols:

-$l[your website link]$09Fthe name that you want to be displayed$z

Then invite everybody to bookmark your maniachannel.
From our end, we share maniaflashs on the official maniachannels so that all players can read them.

Because of a holiday-break we only have 2 Smurfscups this month at the 2nd and 30th of August!
In September we will have a Smurfscup again on each saturday.

This saturday, August 2, at 20.00 CEST we will start our first of 2 Smurfscups of August with 7 new tracks on which you can drive.

We have 20.000 planets to divide on both Smurfscups for the top 10.

But even more important then getting those planets, its just fun!!
The Smurfscup will be driven in rounds on 7 tracks on our TM2 Canyonserver, Smurfen.net [Canyon], which is located in the Netherlands, Noord-Brabant, and starts on saturday the 2nd and 30th of August at 20.00 CEST

You don't have to register anywhere to compete, we simply use your login to pay-out all prizes.
Just show up and you can join and enjoy .

The new Canyon tracks for this month August 2014 can be trained on our server when typing /rj and are:

The event is broken down into 3 weeks, with 3 different maps each week. Since it is Time Attack, you can play whenever you want. Points are totaled each week and event totals determine the 20 racers that recieve a portion of the 120,000 planet prize pool. For more info click event info below:

Results for Week 2 of the Cyprus Cup are posted at http://www.ARK-racing.com

Week 2 results are astounding! A major turn has taken place in the event. Mid-range ranked players have reached the top, the top has falling, and new players have arrived to steal some of the positions in the top 20 records! Week 1 was the introduction maps, a bit difficult, yet fun. Week 2 was really meant to push your buttons, I hope it did :p . However, week 3 maps focus more on flow and sensitivity. I will not be making comparison replays for Week 3, so bring your "A" game and fight to steal those points!

It is awesome to see the TM community pull together and really make this event happen. We can't do it without the support and activity of the members. Thank you all and have fun during Week 3 of the Cyprus cup
