Rallye And Valley [Valley Time Attack]

Post by WTCYoStunt12 »

Welcome to the info and feedback topic about the Rallye And Valley program!
Image

It has in total 24 maps within 4 different bigger maps. Each map is connected to each other. For example Stage 1-3 is just after Stage 1-2. Feel also free to visit the map using cam7 or driving off the normal road.
A 5th and a 6th map group are created but due to their difficulty, they may never be in the bronze level.

Just post your feedback and/or ideas just down here ;)

Breathtaking maps, every inch of every map is filled with scenery and the tracks are nice and flowy. If you would cut down a little bit on the sharp downhills in the future it would be perfect

I think the scenery and the atmosphere of the maps are pretty nice (fitting to the title of the channel) but the maps are just way too long for 6 min (?), together with the fact that many beginners are not that confident on dirt, there might be people not able to finish once and thus get frustrated and leave.
Other than that as red already mentioned, some of the downhill curves are too harsh regarding the speed, kind of breaking the flow of the map as you have to break/release quite a bit to avoid landing in the bushes.

Sadly, I can't change the curves because they need precise terraformation. But, I will take this in consideration for future maps.
For the timelimit, I will set it at 8mn.

I like your maps. It is obvious to me that you take time and pride in them.
Those sudden downturns don't bother me once you know they are there but, maybe some caution or warning signs would be good before you get to them so people know to brake for them. I think some maps should need braking but I'm not a fan of blind turns.
All in all, as I've mentioned to you before, Beautiful and fun maps!
BTW, I like podiums on maps.

Adding warning signs is possible. You will see them in the near future. (it can be long because all maps of the same big maps have to be updated with the same manner as others)

I have a good and a bad news.

First, the bad news, I do not plan on updating the maps on the channel. I thought I would have the time to do it but it isn't the case.

And now for the good one, I've uploaded here all of the maps of the channels PLUS 16 maps that never went into the channel because they were too hard for newcomers of the game. These are Stage 5 was rejected because the lightning of the map made it really hard and Stage 6 because it features a lot of hard jumps. Feel free to play them and/or add them to a server. :pil
