[Tutorial] How to use Transition Materials (by Trackmaniadude)

2. Set the faces in between to any of the transition textures. Which one doesn't matter, but I'd recommend using the one with one of your background textures.

3. Select the face(s) that are on the side without the correct background texture, and select the material with the correct background texture. Apply it with "MATERIAL ONLY (KEEP UVS)".

4-5. If there is still a hard line visible, go into the UV edit mode, and move the dividing edge (should be the one in the center) to a position where it is not on any transparent parts.

But it is not very visible how the texture editor looks.
Could you perhaps split your image into 2 and upload with higher resolution?
