Mesheditor does not work properly anymore after the update

if I choose a graphic on a surface and then want to place it exactly that does not work after the current update. What is that again?

Since the last update, the mesh editor does not work correctly.
Many things have been fixed, that is true. (Thanks Nadeo)
But now, for example, when you add a texture you can not add it correctly since the custom controls of the textures (scale, rotate, move, etc.) do not work correctly.

Hi !
if you guys are talking about an "input issue" (like for example, it only counts your mouse doing a square selection of the UVs on the texture canvas), it normally has been fixed for the next update
