[IDEA/REQUEST] Add material id "offzone" into the matlib

Maybe it´s possible to add the offzone as material id into the matlib, would make it easy to build "anticut" items and placing them with the advantage that by passing them the player would be resetted to the last cp :thumbsup: :D

You can use OffZone material in Material Editor, but it seems that it doesn't work for TM now
