Bug :
- (solved) Nickname in solo maps ranking : Solution is to re-find nickname for soem players (problem with some characters in extraction process)
- When you're back on the main menu after played solo, the video doesn't work anymore
- (solved)Challenges screens in solo campaign are very dark for some (all except me ?) players : .png screen mask file problem ?
- No "local play" possible (same in raid Valley). No solution to solve this for now (solo script problem or Maniaplanet problem). You can play in the editor or create a local server. Since beta 2.2, I remove local Play from the menu
- (solved, except for 2 pipes) Impossible to open in editor maps with old objets (.objectInfo).
- (solved) If you can only play 2 "challenges" 'Alps and Asian Rally) it is a demo limitation (15 maps). To play the whole solo campaign you need to own all the TM² titles and to pay for 2 mods (100+100 Planets) included in the title (exept if you pay for these mods before in Raid or Raid Valley for example)

Reflexions :
- Video in main menu : I choose to play a external video in the menu. For the first time, it takes a bit of time to download it before the video is played (if the video is in the pack this problem doesn't exist) but it will be possible to change the video in the future (ex : competition annoncement) without any title modification.

It seems like there are some troubles with the nicknames:

If the nicknames are saved in an xml file did you saved it with an utf-8 encoding?

@Eole en "french" : En fait je ne comprends rien aux questions d'encodage Mais je pense que le souci vient de là. Au niveau de ce que le script a enregistré (noms + chronos), je ne peux rien faire mais par contre peut-être faut-il que je change le type d'encodage dans mon fichier xml (ce qui me permettrait de remettre assez facilement des pseudos corrects en cherchant dans mes "buddies" ou en demandant aux joueurs). Notepad++ m'indique que je suis en "UTF-8 (sans BOM)". Faut-il choisir un autre encodage ? Si oui lequel ?

Some players said me the different challenges screens are very dark. That's strange because for me, at home, it's fine :



What about other players ? And what about the video in main menu (use also a screen mask) ?
The problem seems to be the screen mask (a .png file). Is the Maniaplanet settings could have a effect on .png behaviour ?


I can't open maps with old objects

These objects are in the xml file and also in the right folder before i made the title.
The message is about .Item.gbx but my objects are in .Objectinfo.gbx
The same map can be open in Raid (Canyon)

If you need a screen I make some, but :

Start Raid 2 and choose solo , enter.

Then I have 2 choices , Alps rally and Asian rally.

When I do nothing That ( monitor ) screen keeps black.
When go with my mouse pointer over those 2 choices , a screen apears on the "monitor" .

But I do not have that Arabian screen you have. ( you have a newer , other version ? )

I got the problem too ( with only Asian and Alps ), but they are the screens are not dark.
And I don't find the link to buy the titlepack.

I own all Nadeo games , full versions , so that is not the problem.

Confirm they are not dark. ( like not or hardly visible )

Arf, crazy situation because only one beta 2 version exist...

Some players see nice screens but for other ones it's dark...

Some players can play all the challenges. Only 2 challenges for other players...

Difficult for me to understand I have to wait for other feedbacks.

in which format did you save the images? DDS with mipmaps?

such display issues could also be caused by different video settings,
wrong cache / Packscache content,
older version of raid² pack in a parallel folder, etc.
