Hello Everyone,
I was about to make a "cool" new car for me, so i decided, that i want to change my Brake Lights, on my default Canyon Car. (Example of the Brake Lights showed here )
Well, i know that u have to edit the detailsdiffuse.dds and the detailillum.dds, i also know how it works, but there's just one problem, that completly kills it for me. So.. here's how it should look like in Gimp / Photoshop : Image
But.. yeah thats NOT how it looks like for me, as an example, the DetailsDiffuse.dds looks like this for me :
As u can see, it's way to transparent.. which completly destroys it for me.
Im USING a Gimp DDS Plug-in and im Running Windows 10 64 Bit.
Yeah.. i hope u can help me there.
Any Idea , Suggestions would be appreciated,
Thanks,
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Doesn't look like spam for me, but what is that last link? What has that to do with Skins?
For the transparency, just create a layer mask in gimp, which has the alpha channel and deactivate it. Then the transparency/alpha channel is hidden
