Please, how to display simultaneously some world ghosts with his own best personal ghost in TM2 solo?
It was so simple just before, or in TMUF, but now with Maniaplanet 4 I don't find how to do...
Also, how to display ghosts names in solo?
"²" key doesn't gives nothing as before...

I believe the only possible way to see other player ghost and personal best at same time is to set personal best while driving against player ghost.
As for names, I'm not sure it's possible anymore, but maybe someone else knows.

Whenever you finish a solo map, your previous time will be displayed in next attempt as ghost (unless you quit the track). If your previous time was personal best, then you will able to see it along with other players at the same time.
If you want to set personal ghost along with other ghost at normal opponent screen, I'm not sure if that's possible.

Thanks scavfan, unfortunately, it's one of the worst things I feared.
-This crappy last run ghost is not present when you launch or reload a map.
-But worse: It is completely useless, and even inconvenient...
What's wrong? What's happening to Nadeo?
Where do these ideas come from?
How can we take time to destroy things one by one?
Simultaneous PB + WR ghosts > Taken back
Medals rankings > Taken back
Players accomplishments windows > Taken back
Solo ghosts names display > Taken back
Final time differential on finish line > Taken back (we will never know how much we beat or be beaten, it's severe!)
UI > Worst
HUD > Worst (and no customizable, particulary too big dimensions, useless informations, and fonts (can't be better than the "Digital" LCD))
Ingame menu > New durty bugs fat batch (but it's the least worst for me, I forgive, even if not presentable for anyone)

I have just know that the physic engine has changed and that a half-decade of millions of invaluable records are now no longer worth a rabbit fart.

Almost as helpful as your first posts in that last tmnf freezone thread on tm-forum...
He didnt ask for just wr replays, he asked specifically about wr replays + PB, instead of always displaying your last attempt, which i must agree with him, is really useless to have as default
Adding the option to tick our own pb in this screen would solve the problem:

Your idea to solve the problem is good and simple to implement:

However, it would only "fix" the problem, but it would not be as great as just before, because:
-It would still be necessary to select our own ghost, whereas it always was there automatically at map launch, effortlessly, what makes sense.
-It would materialize in the same way as the opponents, whereas before it was more transparent, so it differentiate many than other opponents, very helpful.
In any case, your idea is already a good evolution "at first", and I sign for it right now.

I also 100% agree with the answers you got:
-"It would be even nicer to actually be able to download WR ghosts." (of course!)
-"This is soooo annoying when you want to drive against your pb, then you finish the map once without beating it, and then after you have BOTH replays running at the same time with you. I don't want to see my previous, I choose "PERSONNAL BEST" not "PB+PREVIOUS". Same when you choose a world record and you have to drive with WR + previous this makes no sense this is so annoying. They definitely need to fix this." (unavoidable)
Take a look at TMUF:
-At map starting, don't have to tick anything.
-Instantly play with our PB ghost + all the WR ghosts we have downloaded, nothing to do!
-Our ghost is a real ghost of us, it has a translucent and soft appearance.
-The others opponents always have a hard and solid apperance, there are "real" players.
-Everyone keeps their appearance stable, exept that the opponents totally disappear if there are extremely close to us. Perfect and proper solution.
In MP3 it was the apotheosis, beyond TMUF!: (sorry for the bad youtube video screenshot quality, but I don't find a good one, and I'm not come back yet on MP3^^)
-PB is translucent as same, but colored and not only ashen.
-Opponent are always hard and solid, never transparent! never disappear!
-We and they get into each other, it's a unique specificity in the world of video games, it's so beautiful and perfect in motion, hypnotizing!
An now, take a look at MP4:
-At map starting, have to tick each ghost, one by one, at every launch.
-PB ghost is unavailable, and if we finish a run, a "last run" ghost comes to confuse the scene.
-This eventual "last run" ghost and all the opponents have exactely the same aspect.
-Their appearances are never stable, it varies all the time according to their distance from us. They are neither real nor ghost.
-The transparency effect is different to MP3, it is less well made.
-It leaves a general vague impression, foggy, misty, hazy. I do not appreciate it, it's definitive.
An other very big problem in MP4 (and the already dead TMT...):
We do not know anymore once we finish a race our "Final differential time to our target".
As a result, it is impossible to know, and forever, how much we beat or be beaten by our reference time.
How to play without that? For PGM or noob, it is essential to bring it back!
These topics are fundamental for offline (and all) players, Nadeo needs to look at it in priority.
