Sup community,
I just wanted to know, which codec you are using for rendering your Replays in HD? :)

Hi,

Lagarith Lossless is best to work with, you will get roughly the same quality as uncompressed and lighter video files ;)
My YouTube channel
i5-6200U@2.3Ghz - 12Gb RAM - GTX 950 4Gb
i5-4690K@4Ghz - 16Gb RAM - GTX 970 4Gb
Both Windows 10 Home 64bits

Lagarith was last updated on December 8, 2011.
just like maniaplanet xd okno.

I'm sure there must be a more updated and better codec benefiting from current century technologies

This may be slightly off the topic but can anyone also recommend good video editing software?

For some music recordings I've been using Power Director.
It is relatively easy to use.

Codec:
After several tests I found Xvid being the best in performance-quality ratio (fast to edit around and both good looking).
I got it from here: https://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm (Mega surely includes Xvid, Basic doesn't, maybe choices between do)
Edit: Only Mega contains Xvid

Editing software:
Not easy to decide but I got this in my hands (actually not really, I didn't try it yet) but it looks promising. It's called DaVinci Resolve. The big thing about it is that it's free.

Thanks guys! I have a look at both suggestions.
(I've purchase too many things over the years that are just crap, and hate to spend money on something that just takes up space on a shelf).
