Using the Mesh Modeler to remove the "turbo" from Canyon magnetotubes

Is there a way to get rid of the turbo effects from the Canyon magnetotubes using the Mesh Modeler? I saw xrayjay was able to do such thing with his magnet blocks from ManiaPark.
