Customizing vehicle parameters in Mediatracker?

I loved TMUnlimiter for TMUF because I was able to change vehicle parameters. Acceleration, top speed, steering, gravity, grip, drift speed loss, that sorta thing. I especially used it to make cars accelerate at a realistic speed and have a realistic top speed.

Is there anything that lets me do this in TM2 where I can change all these different parameters? So I can create realistic tire grip, steering strength, acceleration, top speed, that sorta thing?

I've tried fiddling around, and I also tried making my own vehicle item things, but here's the problem with using that:
1) You have to tell it to use a specific car model, instead of it just using the current model you have,
2) You can only change Gravity, Acceleration, and Control (steering).
