[B.1] New tunnelblocks

Most of the issues with the new blocks were fixed with the recent update. However, it's still possible to have the different tunnel clips overlap in a bugged way. Here's some pictures to demonstrate.

Does it also happen if you continue the tunnels, or does the editor not permit this?

Of course the the tunnels can be continued at their open ends, but not to operlap the other blocks.

the editor should also show some kind of boundary polygons around the tunnels? like some grid?
