Yes, by reverting back to 9.0c ManiaPlanetLauncher.exe no longer gives me "Video Memory is Too Low" mistake. Good job finding that out Nadeo!

It looks like they doesn't need to get the amount of video memory from system.
In all ways, next update 'll be fixed to ignore "dxgi.dll" on XP (and older windows), then with the next ManiaPlanet.exe you should be able to play with the DirectX 10 patch installed on XP.
It looks like your patch did not emulate D3D9Ex which is a chance...
