At least I can confirm that I intend to enable conversion of EP back to Planets, with a floating tax made to smooth the economy. I have ask my economical system buddy in discussions to think about it for the week end and he came without no opposition. For him, as for me, it is a really efficient system.

But if time tell us otherwise, and we should adjust. By keeping the EP points, it enables us to do it more easily since we remember somehow your success.
