Can't create account

Well i just got Trackmania Nations Forever from Steam and whenever i try to create an online account this happens:

Many logins are already in use. Please try to register with different logins (maybe add numbers), this should work.

Anyway, I don't lost LPs today, maybe the masterserver stuck?^^
