Problem with TCP/UDP...

Post by L1nce »

Hey guys, I've a problem with TCP/UPD only on Elite servers.

I already opened the ports 2350 and 3450:

And also opened all conections on my antivirus:

I disabled Windows Firewall too.

So, I did all those things, and still have the problem with TCP/UDP. I get a dc from some servers specially when we are 6 players on warm-up and the rounds are going to start.

Any other solution? I miss something? I did bad something?
Thanks for you help.

Apparently you have authorized the launcher only not the game executable too (maniaplanet.exe)

Can you authorize it too and retry after ?

Thanks :)

No problem for the spanish, yo entiendo un poco de espanol (enough to understand written spanish)

I see this too :

It could be an internet issue, do you have a stable internet connection?

Maybe that for your firewall rule, on the part "Para todas las otras conexiones", choose accept all instead of "Dedicir automaticamente"?

Is this enough for shootmania? xD

On the rule I can put:
- Block
- Ask
- Norm by defect (Norma por defecto)

And what I had, Decidir automaticamente.

Should I put Norm by defect?

I now one problem too. MP generating RANDOM ports from 2000 to 3000. But I have only one solution at the moment: open all ports. Server's log again sad that "You need to change settings in yor router bla-bla-bla" but after I haven't any problems and other player can connect to me. Solution is bad, I know. But that problem created by NADEO. So, I telling to all NADEO developers:
before creating - think about your creations, before updating - try it. But time - money.

Only elite? So, mode cannot do something with connection. Hm, as I know sometimes MP cannot connect by UDP, than using TCP. I think that server/players not opened UDP protocol.

So, can you sad about problem more?

Right now I'm testing what you said, I opened ports from 2000 to 5000(u said to 3000, but, maybe with more works better xD)

At the moment I only joined 1 server so still can't say if this works or not.

And yes, it only happened to me on elite mode.

Sorry, but in my post I am tolking about server problem, not about client. I can put the example, wait, wait, wait... oh, come on! Ok, loaded, now joining, again loading, and... Wow! Now all ok! Good work. Ok, I am find old logs... For example (I dont found log with MaximPro, oh found!), :

Code: Select all

[2012/08/30 18:30:29] ...Match settings loaded
[2012/08/30 18:30:29] Autostart server on internet
[2012/08/30 18:30:29] Starting server...
[2012/08/30 18:30:29] - Warning! -
You seem to be on a private network.
Unless you have configured your NAT,
other players on internet will not be
able to join in...
[2012/08/30 18:30:29] Loading map Siege - CountrySide.Map.Gbx (qLsl1zUThcAq_Tox3pH8CjoNr3g)...
[2012/08/30 18:30:29] ...Load succeeds
[2012/08/30 18:30:34] Script 'Mode:Siege': 5270> Match Begin
5270> Map Begin

[2012/08/30 18:30:35] Script 'Mode:Siege': 5670> Round Begin

[2012/08/30 18:32:23] Connection of a new player: faserg_1(95.165.141.112:2351)
[2012/08/30 18:33:34] Connection of a new player: alividerci(109.126.19.176:2351)
You see that now using port 2351. (Somewhere ...2 or ...3, if player connected to mp1.*** mp2.*** or mp3.***, it is not my theory, it sad Maxim Pro.) But if I close ports (not all, exlude 2000-4000 (I opened all ports<=, from 1 to 65***) my server again cannot work normal. Realy bad, isn't it?

Do you read that? It mean that mode cannot influence (right? this word? Oh, my bad english... :roflol: ) on conection. What telling maniaplanet? I don't know what you mean. So:

I don't want to create a server. My problem is as a CLIENT.
As I said, when I join a server and I wait until we are 6 when I press F6 to start playing, sometimes the server "kicks" me and I have to rejoin and then it says problems with TCP/UDP.
