[Fixed][B3.1][Stadium] Startinglights- bug/problem

Hey guys, did anyone else experienced this?
It seems as if the textures of the startinglights are dislocated and bawled. The 3 lights do not turn on or off, they are active all the time. I only get this bug when I set the Shader-Quality to "very fast".

PS: I am using a notebook with an ATI HD 5870m GPU
