IP banned for disconnecting?
I was playing in TM2 Stadium on the server Ultra // Fullspeed and I kept disconnecting because my internet is bad and I was trying to download Bioshock Infinite and play TM at the same time. I gave up on that idea to just play and when I finally got back in I completed a track and the server kicked me and said I was banned for inconsistent times or something along those lines. Is there anyway I can contact an admin of the server to get unbanned? I really like that server because I love speed tracks and it's always populated.

'Banned' may not be a permanent thing - my servers automatically ban people for only 3 minutes for very bad language - have you tried connecting to that server again?
The 'Time incoherence' bug hits lots of people and causes a ban. How long your ban lasts depends on how the server is set up by the admin. These are the people who run that server, so you could try sending them an email:

PS I just tried the Ultra//FullSpeed server and yes, it's great! Lots of classic Stadium tracks. Saved as a favourite
