[TM2] - Other - Can't see default car skins :(

Hi all.
Can anyone help me?
I installed TM2 Stadium when the beta was first released and could see all the skins perfectly. After playing for a few hours I decided to purchase the key.
All was great for a day or two, but now I find that (most) of the opponents cars are just a default green colour.
I know its not my graphics settings because obviously I've seen the skins previously.
I've tried reinstalling but to no avail .
It has occurred to me that it may have something to do with the country skins as I seem to be able to see custom vehicles, but no skins related to where the player is based in the world.
Also on the results screen there are no country flags, just chequered ones (except my own) which leads me to believe I'm not receiving opponents location data at all.
I also own Canyon and same problem there.
Any thoughts?

Did the gray skins appear on the same server? Or was it on a different server?
Perhaps the others did not enable their skins and by chance no one with a visible skin is driving there actually?

Did you see some Windows or antivirus updates recently?
Please check if any of the updated tools has modified the firewall settings.

The skins dont appear on any server. Just the odd one here and there. Its been the same for a few weeks now.

Just tried with the firewall off completely. Same results.

Apart from the skin issue the game works perfectly. I just dont understand it.

yeah there have been quite a few reports about skins already,
the skins seem to come and go at will, but there is no real reason
We have to wait for fixes or more clarification.
