[SM] Key - Game is asking for me key (again)

I've already payed for, downloaded, activated Shoot Mania and have been playing for a couple weeks. I attempted to sign on today and it's asking me to either enter a key or purchase a new one. When I enter the activation key that came with my purchase, it tells me that I have already activated this key. However, I still cannot access the game. Any assistance is appreciated.

Where did you purchase the game? ManiaPlanet website or Steam?

Are you able to login to the player page http://player.maniaplanet.com? Here use your regular ManiaPlanet login and the corresponding password.
If you go to account, downloads, do you see Storm or only some beta there?

Probably there is an isse with the conversion of pre-purchase accounts to full accounts.
