Maybe you should include those new maps as well in the poll. http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 35&t=22339

Cool thing that this debate found it's way to a positive ending :) .
Can picture a coming debate on beta3 though..

But, going back to beta2 is the stupidest thing ever, because if we are in this situation it's mainly because of the Elite competitive players.
Indeed long time ago, there was an update before a big tournament, people whined so hard because the game was changing a bit, for everyone, right before this competition. Could be understandable.. So next time it had to happen Nadeo took this problem in account and gave the players the possibility especially for this tournament to still use B2 TEMPORARY.
After this tournament, because most competitive players do not like any change on the game they play (and we all know that's a fact), competitive players always asked the event organizers to play on B2, decreeing that this was the official version of ShootMania Elite.
And now here we are : the only thing that made the game stay in an old bugged version when it comes to competition, is the competitors themselves who refused to move on and learn the new changes.. Because they had the choice.

This day was comming eventually, the sooner would have been the better.
It's trully the best thing you have to do now, get over it, play it a lot, report problems being objective, and there, maybe you'll have a not-so-beta b3.x that will be "perfect", thanks to your contribution.

And this does not come from a nadeo member, but from an active elite player.
They had to kill WON CS 1.5 servers to make me use Steam.. And now i would never go back to 1.5.
I wouldn't get in CS:GO either, but that's because i feeling way better playing ShootMania :D .

Although I appreciate what you did, but I'm sorry, it's simply not allowed. But maybe you could contact the original authors and give them feedback and help on what to change on their maps. :)

If players are happy, that's all that matters. =)

As far as ESL is concerned, we are of course in favor of a poll made map pool. So we are glad that a poll will be made for the ESWC, as we are going to follow the results of it, for the shake of not splitting the community.
