I'm guessing no.
but I'm sure it'll be possible with some programs that let you run Windows-stuff.

Maybe with wine TM2 will be playable but who knows

Shouldn't be a problem...there are fewer compatibility issues between PC/Linux than there are Mac/PC...

Linux is all around more adaptable than OSX, for obvious reasons. If it doesn't work with generic platform-crossing software, I'm sure the userbase is big/motivated enough for one person to want to get things going.
