Hi , i'm responsable of Shootmania section in LeetGamerZ
the LeetDay (sunday) is a "casual" cup. The objectif is "more casual team against casual team"
because when you play against a pro team , we lose 9-0 and the cup is finished. not really good.
fair Aws cup it's on 2 das because we are the only cup with BO3 in WB and LB.
Aws Cup is a one shoot at this moment but we are speazking with president to renew this experience
the first leetday has 8 team but now we have 16 slots and we deny other team. we limit the slots.
so more cup for you, is not good?

Re: Cups and Organisation within the Community
I've randomly lost to a team in the first round of the cup quite a few times. What if we decided to play the LeetDay cup instead of ESL and 9-0 everybody? Then what? The same problem persists.
If you lose, you lose... if you win, you win. Is that not the impetus most players need to get better and improve in this game? I just don't understand the carebear attitude.
Unfortunately the community is small enough (thanks nadeo) that new players have to run into pro's occasionally. This has been happening since competitive online play for SM began. Everyone gets stomped when they start playing...
It just seems that the spoonfeeding and casualised experience is spilling over from consoles into pc gaming communities, where everyone thinks they have a right to perfect matchmaking and a gaming experience where they don't have to worry about getting their shit handed to them. Yet these are probably the same people who would search "3v3 high" on irc.
Whats happened? If people had this attitude 10 years ago they would get left behind incredibly quickly.

But you can play the 2 compétitions. when you loose in Esl , you go in LeetDay , if you win esl, you continue eslcaspa wrote:I've randomly lost to a team in the first round of the cup quite a few times. what's the problem?
Leetgamerz want to give some cup only for casual team. it's more funny to him.
if we start leeday when it's 1/4final in esl, the best 8 team can't register @leetday. So it's more easy for a casual or sub top team to win some matchs.
