Disable custom skins bug

If a player selects "disable custom skins" in the advanced configuration panel before the game starts, the game will lock the current in-game settings with respect to custum skins.

If a player wants to disable custom skins he/she needs to deselect this pre-gamestart option and disable custom skins in "profile>advanced settings" for each title pack separately. Otherwise the player wont be able to change it.

I'm guessing this hasn't been reported yet, because a lot of players don't know how to disable custom skins. (While raging about custom skins in-game.)
