Tip: Very slow start of maniaplanet

Hey maniadudes,

i did some testing today, and found out what was causing slow start of my maniaplanet client, so i will share it here, it might help some of you.

I knew that maniadocument folder was the main reason for slow start, i just did not know what folder it was.
So i started renaming all folders in maniadocuments to see which one was responsible for this, and turned out that Media folder was the one.
Now when i have cleared this folder my game starts very fast.

So if you have the same problem as me you can try and delete some files in Media folder or delete whole folder to speed up client start.

Doesn't work for me.

Everytime the files in documents/maniaplanet/... have changed a bit, Maniaplanet takes ages for me to start.
I can remove everything there, so that files, which can be changed do not exist, and Maniaplanet will start relatively quickly, but this is no option, as I need the files in there

I wish your solution would work

Ok this is not solution, i tried to open maniaplanet again and slow motion start hit me again.
So is only 1 time fix, what a shame .
