ManiaPlanet is falling down

Since TrackMania Forever, it was 10 milion registrated people-it was 1st worldwide racing PC game.
Now, ManiaPlanet it´s about 2000 players (lot´s of these players is from Europe-France, Germany).
Lot´s of forums (on this page) are "death"- for example Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Hungarian, Italian, Korean, Polish, Norwegian ...
I mean, we need simple easy creator for objects, cars (titles, in-game interface we are having, but we need tutorials).
Players are "out" because they can´t like buying games and gamesystem .
The great idea will be add some environments to TM2 ,SM Cryo, QuestMania
