Hello !

Thank you for your feedback. We couldn't reproduce the bug (not even 1 time) in the Media Tracker.

If anyone finds a way to get it on a regular (even 1 on 50 tries) basis, inform us here. The bug that occured in Manialink should've been fixed though. Let's hope this corrects the Media Tracker bug as well.

It just happened again for me.
I opened my maniaflash and visited the admin panel via "admin channel" button at the bottom.
Then I went to options -> customization and replaced the background link with a new one.
The moment I hit the save button below the lower text box turned into a password field.
I had to click again to actually save my changes.


When I navigate around in the Maniaflash menu now, there are always those stars showing.
But the order is changing. sometimes it is the background field, sometimes the icon field


When I click the "basic" tab in the menu repeatedly I can see that the stars of the password field jump from 1st field, to the 2nd one, to the third one and than back to the first again.
Looks like the 4th text field is identified as a password field. (or the 4*n th field )

EDIT: ok it's not that easy. Now it is suddenly gone

the fix hasn't been sent yet, so this is quite normal ^^

Happens also in our Map-Editor Plugin "Event-Manager" for Shootmania Bionic...

Actually, if this was a problem about textformatting being randomly set to password in Manialink entries (and this was a problem about textformatting being randomly set to password in Manialink entries), it's no surprise it happens in everything that uses Manialink entries

The fix should come soon, please wait a little more !
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, and I realize how frustrating this bug can be.
