I actually like the motion blur effect in that one (by TheBigMiike). In fact, I'd like to see one like that with maybe even more. I wouldn't want to see all shots done that way but long exposure shots can be cool too. Many photographer do sometimes open up the cameras aperture and shutter to capture motion blur to show speed or movement in a photo. I do that with waterfall shots quite often.
This shot shows that it was taken with a still camera capturing the overall scene though, rather than one following the cars, so it's not what we usually see done.
That's the beauty of art though. It is open to personal interpretation, and while some may love it others may not.

Demented, I fully agree
The effect is nice, it shows dynamism.
Only from a photographers perspective, the foregroud should not disturb the eye.
But from art point of view, its the creators decistion, and a subjective impression of each viewer

Good job! You should have rendered higher quality images in order to resize them. Like this, you should have no visible pixel.
