Is the alpha channel active? When you open the dds with a black alpha the picture should be full transparent (nothing visible).
I use Gimp, so I´m not sure how to do things in PS.

I think that the map lightings were making it too shiny previously, i just have to take off that Black lines now XD i'm so bad sorry for your time just explain me this and i'll be fine

Heyho again and sorry for not answering, I was away from the PC.
The black lines are the wireframe, which you used as a template. Some models on Manipark have templates like this wireframe or a prelight, which help you skinning.
The wireframe shows you where the different parts are and if they are curved on the model. As you only used 1 big picture, this was not so important for you, but you have to delete that layer before saving as dds. Otherwise you still see it on the car
If you also have a prelight, you can use it as a additional layer, which you multiply with your skin to make it look more realistic.
Good luck and don`t hesitate to ask more, if you need help. (I`m still not sure about your alpha f.e. as it still looks shiny although it should be matt with a black alpha, but that may be due to the screenshot)
