some rpg maps cant be played on server.
because their size is 1900kb / 2048kb - or 1750kb / 2048kb

private/own server have this "shit" too :/
my maps are already over 2mb , so "we" cant test in on "private" server ....
why still exist this maximum?

:teub:
I so definately support this idea, you can't even imagine how much... PLEASE NADEO :!: :)
Oh and while we're on it: Please make the limit for embedded objects 2mb or something or get rid of it entirely...
I understand, that some people would have a problem with it, as maps could get quite big. But it will only affect a small amount of maps and you could make a marker/option or sth, that the serverowner needs to turn on in order to allow these maps. This could be made visible for joining players so they know, there might be a big map, which they need to download.
Please change it... it's 2016

yeah  this would enhance (my) special (smooth^^) items a lot, definitely support that

and don´t forget the new gui for mp4 and more options for the importer also ^^
(all textures inside the matlib, animations, blinking lights, possibility to use the "auto-connectors" for streets etc., tunnel possibility, growing grass for stadium, using the start lights in all envis, storm spawns enhanced usage, water physics for material, triggers for efx on static blocks etc., close/redirect the wiki and promote the mp doc more ingame! -> centralize the knowledge at one place) :D

Now for something different:

the official Wiki is kind of outdated (e.g. screenshots) and although there is the documentation on github, it also lacks many things, e.g. detailed description and examples of what each option in the Media tracker is for.
Same for the map editor etc.

 please update the Wiki and the github documentation pages accordingly.
Make it more consistent and do not rely on the community to discover and describe everyhting which is acutally impossible to know.
Thanks :)

I've been considering updating the documentation myself, but haven't had much time to rewrite more pages.. (I rewrote at least 1 page) :thx:

Please fix the render crash ASAP. We're want render the 42k project with all of the replays at once.
We don't want to use dreadful workarounds.

I'm reworking the documentation for something more polished, robust and stable than the current version. This thought is extended to the use/interest of the wiki too :)

I don't have an ETA about that so be patient please :roflol:

This would be imo even better than on 2 places, and ofc easier to update (less work)

The ability to reload/refresh an externally edited skin from inside the painter.
IE: If you have a car loaded in the painter and ALT-TAB out of the Painter, edit the SkinDiffuse.dds in an external editor, replace the SkinDiffuse.dds in the zip file and go back into the painter, you can reload or refresh it and see your changes without having to quit the editor (or the game altogether).
