I kinda changed my mind on that topic. I do not think the majority of MP players will switch to TMT at least not in the long run, since the game is really tailored towards consoles and local multiplayer. And current MP is more for online multiplayer.

Personally ill get it for Lagoon and just because i like TM and im curious.
I am not planning to never start MP again :D
Same here. I see it more as a game besides MP.
For example we continue to host smurfscups in canyon and valley (royal as well of course).
And the only platform to do that is in MP.

As a big part of TM players aren't creative or competitive one, they will go to Turbo, because they won't be affected by all the missing tools in TMT, and they will have some new things also in it. So yes, ManiaPlanet will be more empty in my opinion

After trying the closed beta in PS4 I finally decided not buying the game, seriously, as a long time fan of the series I just can say: disappointing. TMT is made for cathc new fans but you need also to keep the old time players. I'll spend better my 40€ in GTA V for PC :|

- Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Ranger (ROG)

I have a different experience. Most i know use homemade custom skins or horns. Build tracks with embeddable objects etc etc.
Also very important: i dont know if its possible in later updates of tmt but chatting is what a lot of people love.
And thats also not possible in tmt.
So just use both games to get max fun !

Great news ;)

If the next version of a game is better, then I migrate to him. Why staying on a game conceived for creator, where players are splitted in titles and menus are confusing. That's not because I worked a lot on a Windows 95 that I stay on it

Each player is different and will react differently so maybe half of the players or more will stay on ManiaPlanet.

Tbh, i only bought Turbo because i really liked the Magnetic Tracks of Lagoon and because i want to see if i can rip the 3D models of the vehicles.
First thing im gonna do is run the game with NinjaRipper and rip the vehicles for someone to port (with a planets reward for the fastest porter).

Rest doesn't impress me too much since its the same as ManiaPlanet but with a more colorful aesthetic.
