No. Liveries apply to all cars.

If I buy the PS4 version, is there still a reason for me to buy the PC version? Are they the same? Is it possible in the PC version to save tracks in .Gbx on your hard drive and share it outside the game (TMX) unlike the console versions?

Considering Microsoft and Sony it's likely that you won't get regular updates on consoles, but I don't know if that's still a problem that exists with PS/XB..

Thanks good point, though I'm mostly concerend about the sharing system. On console if you upload a track you can't delete it anymore and ubisoft seems to become owner of your creations. If it's the same on PC then no need to buy it.
