[MP4] Webservice Email details

For some applications like ManiaCalendar I'm waiting for the Email scope and data to be implemented before moving to MP4 webservice.
As we want to send notifications to our users we use email method. Maybe another solution would be sending notifications through the API to users.

Also please add more calls for server lists and such so I can continue the work on the App as well.

It's live!

The scope is 'email', and the route is /webservices/me/email

I was referring to the dedicated server (global) list we could get in MP3 webservice.
