Can't launch ManiaPlanet

I downloaded ManiaPlanet today and when i launched it, nothing happened. I've tried reinstalling it and it did not work either. Please help me since i really wanna play the game.

Specs:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Intel Pentium G4560
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2GB
1TB on hard drive
8GB DDR4 memory

Usually when you click on an executable file, something happens. A logfile is generated or smthg

you cant open launcher if manuaplanet.exe runs
but you can run maniaplanet.exe if maniaplanet.exe runs
try to open this exe only should work, well its your first start maybe not ^^
