[TMUF] CMD Join a server

Hi. I'm currently struggling with bat shortcuts.

Tried the followings :
/join=tml_msm_0l
/join=tm1_msm_01
/join=>>SPACE<< World - Island
/join=">>SPACE<< World - Island"
/join=%24s%24o%24F00%C2%BB%2403FSPACE%24F00%C2%AB%20%243F0W%243F3o%243F6r%243F3l%243FCd%20%24z%24000-%20Island

None works. Worth noting that I got this data from printscreen+paint, hence the possible errors... there must be a more convenient way.
Where can I copy/paste this data from ? Where can I find my favourites data file ?

I'd add the same thing to Tm² Canyon, how do you know your favourites IP to copypaste'em to a batch autoconnect ?
... looks like a secret science ^^
