Ohne das ` am Anfang, zudem musst du in der CMD in den Ordner wechseln, wo du Adminserv entpackt hast.
Welchen Webserver benutzt du denn?

ok könnma machen bissl weiter bin ich aber nun kommt das

so glaub hab das irgendwie hinbekommen nun kommt aber diese meldung hier
