Since a few weeks I get this problem, camera is shaking a bit, it's not fluent, like loads of micro freezes, only when I watch turtle replays. "Normal" replays are fine.
I didn't change my in game settings. Did you change something about camera recently ?
(I'm talking about TM2)

First I drove a bit on my 4 wheels, it should be OK, then turtle part (yeah I failed it but we don't care :p)
